The N.C. Spot Festival Non-Profit/Political Committee will submit this application for review to the N.C. Spot Festival Board of Directors. I understand and agree with the following rules and guidelines.

Handouts:       A detailed list of all handouts must accompany this application. If you do not list the items, you will not be allowed to hand them out.

Raffles:           The selling of raffle tickets will not be allowed.

Show Hours:   This is a two day show and all vendors will be required to participate both days.

Show Dates:    Saturday, September 26^th, 2009 from 10:00am-6:00pm .

                        Sunday, September 27^th, 2009 from 10:00am-5:00pm .

  Footh Fees:    Each booth space is 12’x14’ and the cost is $100.00 per regular space and $125.00 per corner spot. Late fee is $25.00. Electricity is $15.00. All booths must be set up by 9:30am on Saturday and booth tear down will be at 5:00pm on Sunday. Make checks and money orders payable to the NC Spot Festival.

                        NOTE: Please indicate on your check what type of booth and extras that you are paying for.

            Deadline: Application must be received no later than June 30^th, 2009 . It is to your advantage to APPLY EARLY as it increases
your chances of becoming an exhibitor. You will be notified in writing no later than August 1^st, 2009 .
