Spot Festival
Food Vendor Application
Dear
Food Vendor:
We
are not accepting applications for new food vendors as returning vendors have
filled the spots. You are invited to submit an application to be placed on our
waiting list for the NC Spot Festival to be held the weekend of September 26,
(10am-9pm), - September 27, (10am-5pm) 2009. Vendors please make a note if you
have changed your menu or electrical needs from last year and the application
requirements listed below. The festival will be held in Hampstead on Hwy17.
Registration
fee is $350. The fee for food vendors whose items sell for less than $4.75 will
be $175. There will be no refunds after you are accepted. Please specify the
length and depth of your set up. Trailers please include the tongue in the
overall length. Water, and gray
water disposal will be provided. If you need power we will have a generator
available for a nominal fee. You will need to bring your own electrical cords
(150’ minimum), 100 feet of food grade water hose, three way hose
connector, back flow preventer and all equipment necessary to obtain a permit. You
will be responsible to contact the Pender County Health Department to obtain a
Temporary Food Stand Permit.

Power
Requirements:
Minimal power will be provided (15 amps per vendor) by a generator. List each
appliance and the amps or watts it uses. If approved these will be the only
appliances you will be allowed to use.

Things
you need to return with this application:
1)
A detailed menu of all the Items you intend to serve. This will be the basis
from which we choose vendors. Any deviation from your menu will not be allowed.
2)
A copy of your current General and Product Liability insurance policy with a
minimum $500,000 limit.
3)
A check made payable to: NC Spot Festival.
Set
up will be Friday, September 25, from 9am – 2pm. You must be set up and all
vehicles must be out of the festival area by 9am Saturday morning. You will be
required to stay open all hours of the festival. Should you have any questions
