-Festival dates for 2009 are Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27. 

-Admission gates will open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Booths must be set up by this time.

-Only booth space is provided, you must provide your own tent, tables, etc.  (booth space is 12 feet wide x 14 feet deep)

-You must provide a business logo in PDF or jpeg format for display in any advertising.

**Because of deadlines, August 15, 2022 is the cutoff to participate in the media advertising.  You can still sponsor after that date, however, all the media advertising will have gone to print/copy, and you won’t receive those items.  (With the exception of the sponsor board  advertisement at the festival and website presence.)

++ VIP Tent admission includes a separate covered area and comfortable outdoor furniture to lounge on as you watch the bands on the main stage.  VIPS will also be treated to a masseuse giving chair massages,  free beverages (non-alcoholic), and other perks to be announced.
